OPT maintains relationships with exploration & production companies, contractors, investors, and offshore facility builders.  We can add value by matching upstream opportunities with service contractors and investors.

Our business development staff has wide ranging successful experience in complex business development activities around the world including North and South America and the former Soviet Union.  We have extensive experience in developing offshore drilling opportunities.

Our activities include finding oil and gas investment opportunities for domestic and international clients.  As part of this service, we perform subsurface analysis and reservoir evaluation reviews for our clients' exploration and production opportunities, and economic evaluation including review of development plans.  

We can often recommend creative alternative production strategies to significantly improve life of field economics.
